Recruitment for the "Pads at school for every girl" program is starting


With the distribution of hygiene products, knowledge about health and menstrual hygiene will be disseminated. Teachers will receive special educational materials based of which they will be able to conduct classes on puberty and menstruation during parenting hours and other lessons. In addition, in each school participating in the program, students will be given the opportunity to do volunteer work which will involve, inter alia, promoting knowledge about menstruation amongst her colleagues.

The program will be implemented throughout the school year, starting from September 2022, but we are already inviting representatives of primary and secondary schools to register their institutions to participate in the program. All you need to do is complete and submit the application form. Sending the completed form is tantamount to accepting the program regulations.

The order of applications within a given voivodeship and type of school (primary school, secondary school) will decide on joining the program.

Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2022, 23:59.

We will inform you about the recruitment results to the e-mail address provided, no later than July 31, 2022.

Institutions participating in the program will be provided with:

  • participation in a nationwide social program on a large scale,
  • year-round supply of sanitary pads for all students,
  • access to educational materials on puberty and menstruation,
  • volunteering for selected students.

The Polish-Ukrainian Sisterhood, which includes, among others: Henryka Bochniarz, Iryna Deszczyca, Ewa Ewart, Agnieszka Holland, Dominika Kulczyk, Olga Tokarczuk and Oksana Zabużko, selected the winning projects under the "Hi Girls!" The Kulczyk Foundation and the Polenergia Group at the 25th Science Picnic of the Polish Radio and the Copernicus Science Center

The Polenergia Group and the Kulczyk Foundation launched the educational project Graj z nami w zielone!® (Play green with us!). The initiative to promote sustainable development is aimed at teachers, parents and guardians of children. It will also be possible to “play green” at the 25th Science Picnic of the Polish Radio and the Copernicus Science Center. Polenergia and Kulczyk Foundation educators will be present in the Discovery Park from 11:00 am.
