Midwives Support Women During Menopause Too – Further Initiatives as Part of the Educational Course

A midwife supports women not only during the perinatal period, but at every stage of their lives — including during the menopausal transition.

In the meantime, let's look back at the most recent classes of the menopause course for midwives.

The curriculum for the course for midwives was developed by a team consisting of:

Prof. Grażyna Iwanowicz-Palus, PhD in Medical Sciences and Health Sciences – Chair of the team;

Associate Professor Małgorzata Wojciechowska, PhD in Medical Sciences and Health Sciences;

Monika Anna Przestrzelska, PhD in Medical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Medical University of Wrocław (UMW);

Bożena Kulesza-Brończyk, PhD in Medical Sciences;

Alicja Długołęcka, PhD in Humanities;

Paulina Wiśniowska, MA.
