Dominika Kulczyk is an entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. She is the Founder and President of the Kulczyk Foundation – a private family-run foundation whose basic aim is to fight with the discrimination of women and girls all over the world. Through the foundation’s activity she supports and cooperates with Polish and international NGOs by implementing social changes based on balanced solutions which she calls “Domino Effect”. She is an author of over 60 documentaries produced along with the CNN International (within “The CNN Freedom Project”) and TVN (documentary series “Domino Effect”) which tackle the problems of global discrimination and injustice. She is a supporter and promoter of Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations (UN) in 2015. She is the President of the Supervisory Board of Kulczyk Holding, the President of the Supervisory Board of Polenergia S.A., and the co-founder of the Values Consulting Group. In 2018 she was awarded with the Polish Order of the Smile (Order Uśmiechu) for the outstanding contribution towards working with children.
Dominika Kulczyk is a graduate in Sinology from the Department of Oriental Studies, and in Political Sciences from the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She studied at the university in Shanghai and the Beijing University. She also received her post graduate degree in strategic philanthropy organized by the Rockefeller Foundation.
