It is always good for #familytime (#czasnarelacje).

Being together at home creates more opportunities for contact among the housemates – both parents and children, as well as between adults. We want it to be genuine #czasnarelacje (#familytime) – to strengthen and develop relationships, and if they have been weak so far, to build them from the ground up. The pandemic situation is a mental challenge both for adults and children. Being closed at home requires special mindfulness and skills to manage your emotions, as well as dealing with emotions express by others. The need to completely reorganize the family life in many homes triggers a lot of tensions, but at the same time it creates conditions to start talking about what is really important, about needs and boundaries, about ways to manage feelings and emotions, about effective ways of communication.

Family time” is a social action of Kulczyk Foundation, “Wysokie Obcasy” and “Gazeta Wyborcza”.
