At the Kulczyk Foundation, we recognise unaddressed issues that receive insufficient attention from the general public and official institutions. One of the most pressing of such issues is menopause, a phenomenon that affects many aspects of women’s lives. Despite its unmistakable importance, it is not sufficiently present in the public domain. We want our report to provoke a broad debate and become a spark to change the situation in this area.

Choć 70% Polek uważa, że menopauza jest ważnym momentem w życiu kobiety, to aż 93% ankietowanych nie potrafi jej prawidłowo zdefiniować – tak wynika z raportu przygotowanego na zlecenie Kulczyk Foundation. ‘Menopauza bez tabu’ [Open Talk About Menopause]: the first comprehensive study on menopause in Poland
Although 70% of Polish women consider menopause an important time in a woman’s life, as many as 93% of respondents are unable to define it correctly, according to a report commissioned by the Kulczyk Foundation.
