Balance in business: how to maintain it today?
During the panel, we focused on the pillars of the Równowaga (Balance) competition, thus launching registration for the third edition. We discussed topics such as the pay gap, menstrual and menopausal health, equality mechanisms and policies, and work-life balance.

The New Role of Midwives: Menopausal Care
Menopause affects 100% of women. Yet we still talk about it so little. The Kulczyk Foundation is changing the image of menopause in Polish society through various initiatives – both locally and nationwide. During this meeting, we reminded everyone that every Polish woman has her own midwife within primary care and can discuss menopause with her.

"Periodic Taboo" Exhibition
Additionally, we presented the exhibition "Period Taboo," featuring photographs by the duo Magda Wunsche and Aga Samsel. This exhibition debunked myths surrounding menstruation and encouraged open conversation about what is still a taboo topic.
