Data Administrator. Kulczyk Foundation, a foundation founded and operating under Polish law, with its headquarters at Krucza 24/26, 00-526 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Associations, Other Social and Professional Organizations, Foundations and Independent Public Health Care Facilities of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000471002;

Period of data storage / personal data processing. The data is processed for archiving purposes, as well as to manage relations until the end of the Kulczyk Foundation's operations, with the exception of sensitive data (e.g. family situation, health condition), which Kulczyk Foundation removes or anonymizes immediately after closing the case.

Purpose of data processing and legal basis for data processing. Handling correspondence, answering the questions / applications / requests received by Kulczyk Foundation, for purposes resulting from the content of communication in order to make contact in the future, as well as for archiving purposes and to manage relations, which is the legitimate interest of Kulczyk Foundation.

Obligation to provide data. Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to obtain a response.
