Together with Project Elimu we are fighting period poverty and improving knowledge of reproductive health in Kenya.

We provide reproductive health support for girls and women in the Kalikot District (Nepal).

Menstruation is still connected with many myths and stereotypes. "She is angry today because she’s on her period", "Is it because you’re due your period that you are so angry?" - These are irritating things that men say, but we women also self-stereotype, according to Kulczyk Foundation’s new report on period poverty and stigma in Poland.

I am a woman. Nature has given us women a harder life than men. Starting from our first menstruation, through pregnancy, childbirth, breast-feeding and menopause. Biological challenges which men don't experience.
