Konin City of Women: Discussion on how to take care of yourself during menopausal transformation

We are very happy that the topic of menopausal transformation is becoming more and more noticed and addressed!

Meeting participants learned how to take care of themselves at such an important stage in life.

Representing the Kulczyk Foundation, Anna Samsel presented the results of our research and reports:

The results of the above-mentioned studies became a pretext for a further, in-depth conversation with the participation of Dr. Monika Przestrzelska , M.D., prof. of UMW, midwife, specialist in nursing and obstetrics about the symptoms of menopause, how to recognize them and where to seek support during the menopausal transformation.

Thanks to its close, intimate, open and friendly atmosphere, the meeting allowed the women participating in it to ask questions, which were answered exhaustively by the experts.

Thank you for your presence, as well as for the interesting and necessary discussion on such an important topic.

We would also like to thank the event organizers for inviting us and for considering the issue of menopause as one that could be the main theme of this year's edition of the #KoninMiastoKobiet initiative .
