The article by Marta Schmude-Olczak answers important questions and explains the consistently realized operating model of Kulczyk Foundation. “Many people think that since wealthy people and companies have so much, they should be sharing. We should be sharing because sharing is a sign that others are important to us. But effective aid must lead to our donations starting a domino effect, starting the mechanism of positive and sustainable social changes. Here in Poland, we still have trouble talking about effective aid because effectiveness is associated with business and, frankly, the stereotype of the start of profit being the end of caring for others. But no, the process of effective and efficient aid is very much like a business process. You should know what your donation goes to, what it changes for now, and what it changes for good. Just like a business investment does,” writes Marta Schmude-Olczak.

It’s not a private problem. It's a systemic gap – Polish foundation speaks about menopause in the European Parliament

A representative of the Kulczyk Foundation highlighted the topic of menopause as a significant social and economic challenge. The Foundation emphasized the need to break taboos and introduce systemic solutions to support women during the perimenopausal period.

White Paper on Menopause: Diagnosis and Recommendations 2025

The Kulczyk Foundation has published the first White Paper on Menopause in Poland and one of the few in the world. Menopause affects 100% of women, yet it remains a taboo subject. The document is open to everyone and available in English. It could easily be scaled to other countries in Europe and around the world. The premiere took place at the Polish Ministry of Health.
