Gratitude is the art of appreciating someone’s help, but also recognising good things around us. Even the smallest ones.
Empathy is not an emotion but a skill, which means that it can be learnt. Thanks to this, we are able to understand the emotions of others better. And then it may be easier for us to refrain from judgement or criticism.
Anger. Do you have to be afraid of him? No, because it is an emotion that tells us about important matters, that there are things going on that we’re not okay with. So let’s get acquainted with anger and maybe even make friends with him. Here are some ways to tame and control anger.
Do you want to make friends with anger, get to know empathy or look joy in the eye? Instytut Dobrego Życia (Good Life Institute) and Kulczyk Foundation initiated the #stayhome #timeforrelationships campaign. Let’s stay close to each other, especially in this difficult time.
