This musical manifesto was written and performed by young people who aren’t afraid to speak up about what is natural – menstruation, the body, puberty, and emotions. Their words, emotions, and authenticity became a voice for a generation that refuses to stay silent.
After the performance, participants joined creative artistic activities and animations that opened up space for honest conversations – without shame or stigma – about the menstrual cycle and the human body.
The event was open to all: students, teachers, and Poznań residents. Everyone was invited to wear shades of red and pink to show solidarity and support.
We are deeply grateful to the young people for their courage, creativity, and for being the voice of change.
Because periods are not a taboo – they’re natural. And change truly starts with us.
