Menopause in the Spotlight: Our Foundation's Meeting at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy

The main focus of the meeting was the issue of menopause and its impact on social life, and most importantly, on women's professional lives.
Ania and Marta presented the findings of the reports 'Menopause Without Taboos' and 'Invisible at Work: Women in the Menopausal Transition.'
This is an extremely important topic, as data from the reports show that among the 3 million employed women of perimenopausal age, as many as 42% have considered reducing or ending their professional activity due to menopausal symptoms.

This is just the beginning of our discussions. We will be sharing more updates soon.
We encourage you to explore our reports at menopauzabeztabu.org.pl.
